CloudTek Software Solutions partners with forward-thinking organizations to build scalable, secure, and intelligent software that accelerates growth and creates lasting value.
CloudTek started from a simple observation: schools, libraries, and clinics were buying generic office software, then spending years making it survive enrollment, circulation, or the dental chair. Institutional software should be specified against that work — and then made maintainable.
We organised as a practice. The work is commissioned, not subscribed. The artefacts are drawings, interface contracts, test evidence, and as-builts. The people who sign the SAT are the people who designed the system.
Precision is not a visual style. It is the refusal to ship an implied behaviour. If a degraded mode is not written, it does not exist. If a metric cannot be reconciled, it is not a metric. If a handover leaves tribal knowledge in a chat log, the job is not finished.
Today we deliver ISMS, LMS, LibMS, and clinic and dental systems — plus custom software when the process does not fit a product box.
What we hold ourselves to
Every program has a technical owner who can explain the running system without a slide.
Documentation is updated to the commissioned state, or it is marked obsolete. There is no third status.
Interfaces are designed for the shift, the lighting, and the PPE — not for a demo laptop.
