Architecture and interface design treated as engineering documents. Decisions are recorded, not workshopped into oblivion.

Program-dependent
Implementation against the design basis. Vertical slices that can be demonstrated on representative hardware, not only in a browser.

Working increments, traceable to requirements, with known defects only.

Aligned to outage windows
Commissioning is a controlled procedure. Cutover is rehearsed. Rollback is a documented path, not a hope.

We stay on the system after go-live. Changes go through the same discipline as the original build.
